On the other hand, proportionally smaller apartments will be ideal for single people or young couples without children. A person who lives completely alone will be able to find themselves well even on 30-40 sq m, and marriages without children often cope with it.

It is always better to buy an exaggerated apartment - when deciding on a specific size, we think about the future. Perhaps now we only need a 2-room apartment with an area of ​​47 m2, but what if we have a second child? Then we regret that we did not think about buying "a few additional m2" and we did not choose a 51-53 m2 apartment in which we would already have 3 rooms

# 4. Apartment for rent - the most important aspects

If we buy an apartment for rent, the evaluation criteria are slightly different than in the case of an apartment that we buy strictly for ourselves. Our preferences do not count here, what the market expects counts . The criteria are clear here - price and location. 

If the apartment is close to universities, has good transport links and as close to the city center as possible, renting an apartment may take up to several hours from buying the apartment.
