Let's check what issues make Poles choose to rent an apartment instead of buying their own apartment!


For ownership or for rent?

Own apartment - for generations, striving to change the state of ownership to one that takes into account your own M is extremely desirable. A flat to own is a sense of stability, security and security. In addition, it is a great way to invest your capital, as well as an ideal investment with a view to returning profit over the years. Buying an apartment is also a good way to secure your children's future. These advantages, although clearly positive, often differ from the possibilities and values ​​of a fairly large group of people who determine the comfort of their lives with other aspects. Nowadays, issues related to finances, work or worldview make a significant group much higher than buying a flat for long-term rental.

Of course, the most important factor in the decision to buy a flat is the one concerning money. Investing in your own apartment requires very large funds. Only a small percentage of people can afford to buy for cash or choose financing that will make them owners just a few years after signing the relevant contract. In most cases, own M is associated with a long-term loan. And such a perspective, to put it mildly, is not very tempting. It is true that in both cases, you have to pay fees every month, and people paying off the loan pay for their property. However, the necessity of a monthly obligation over, say, 30 or 40 years is too much and stressful for a large number of us.


Work all over the world

Another important aspect is changing the nature of the labor market. Currently, many employees are aware that they will not be associated with a given company for the rest of their lives. And the employment contract is often the key document when applying for the above-mentioned mortgage. Employment instability and high competition discourage people from becoming attached to a given position, and hence the locality, to the same extent as work that involves frequent changes of residence or holding various positions in various departments, not only in the country but also abroad.


Living in harmony with yourself

Finally, there are also philosophical issues, somehow related to those discussed in the previous paragraphs. Especially in younger generations, we can observe a change in the perception of reality. Globalization makes us citizens of the world, less and less attached to one place. In addition, young people often give up their families for the sake of a career, or unfettered travel and life in different places. When asked to have or be, we can often find an answer choosing the second option.

Everything we mentioned above means that the demand for renting an apartment will not decrease in the coming years.
