Simply put, a flat in a developer standard is a flat that has all the utilities. An unfinished flat is a condition between a shell and a turnkey finish, which is already on the buyer's side. However, to realize how many aspects a developer has to take into account during construction, it's worth getting to know the details better. Especially that at every stage, decisions are made regarding materials and technologies that directly translate into the quality, functionality and energy efficiency of the building and the purchased apartment.

When it comes to manufacturing technology, reinforced concrete is invariably the most popular. In the construction, benches made of this material are most often used, as well as foundation walls made of concrete blocks. In turn, sand-lime bricks dominate in the outer curtain walls. The whole structure is insulated with polystyrene, the ceilings are usually made of hollow-core slabs, and the stairs are made of prefabricated elements.
